Grand Thorton is a rapidly growing organization in the UAE. As they keep on getting bigger, their workspace has become inadequate for the requirements of their business and needed a spacious, dynamic, and flexible office where employees would actually want to come to work. To achieve this, they partnered with our team on our third project together to get the right fit out in place as they advance to the next stage of growth.

Tharwat Securities, an Investment Company based in Riyadh is committed to dealing in managing investment funds and preserving securities. While they wanted to have a new office in Dubai, Spencer's team was reached out to design and fit-out their new workspace.

With more than 200 forward stocking Locations all over the world and IOR & EOR services, they cater to the requirements of multinational organizations across Information Technology, Tele Communications, Medical Equipment, and Aero Space Industries. Having their branch offices in all the major cities of the Middle East and India, their Corporate office and distribution facility is based out of Dubai. They wanted a vibrant & modern office that boosts employee happiness & Productivity.

Schroders is a multinational asset management company headquartered in London, with multiple offices across Europe, America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. They decided to relocate within the Dubai International Financial Centre to achieve their aim to create a new exclusive but highly functional space for their clients and employees.

Ajar FZE, with its property management and rent collection platform, is committed to serving landlords, property managers & real estate companies. Having their main office in Kuwait, they wanted a similarly themed branch office in Dubai, which is a reflection of their brand. Eventually, Spenceri was their final choice for the design and fit-out of their new office.

BNP Paribas, with its roots anchored in France, is a prominent international banking institution. It is the world's 8th largest bank by total assets & has a presence in 72 countries. Having already created two of their spaces in UAE, Spenceri was chosen again for their third branch in Dubai.

Kyowa Kirin is a Japan-based Global Specialty Pharmaceutical Company. They contribute to human health and well-being worldwide through their innovative drug discovery. Their state-of-the-art antibody technologies forucs on the core therepeutic areas of oncology, nephrology, central nevous system, and immunology. As they wanted to have a new office in Dubai, they reached out to Spencer's team to design & fit-out a space inspired by nature, simplicity and warm aesthetics.

SWVL is a bus transportation network company, that has revolutionized the transportation scene in Egypt, through providing a technology-based alternative to public transportation. With operations in more than five countries, they wanted to move their HQ from Cairo to Dubai. For their new head office, all that they wanted was a design and fit-out that reflects their brand.

Imagining a Smart completely connected digital world is where the concept inspiration was born. The Spencer design team completed a detailed study of the many technological advancements Huawei has made and is still developing to deliver a fully connected world. As the OpenLab main function would host clients and visitors to Huawei, a clear understanding of the breadth and reach of the new technologies helped our team to envisage and imagine the impression the concept design should make for future visitors to Huawei Open Lab.

Emirates Explosives LLC ( Orica ), the world's largest provider of commercial explosives and innovative blasting systems, a leading supplier of sodium cyanide for gold extraction and a specialist provider of ground support services in mining and tunneling. They approached Spencer to break the monotony of closed office spaces & create an invironment promoting collaboration.

Kitopi is a dynamic company with a unique vision for a state of the art kitchen network providing high-quality food by applying operational innovations. They required a special new office space that fully reflects their company culture and vision.

When a client is a leader in Robotic process automation, a very modern, innovative and interactive hub creation is a priority so as to reflect the mindset of the people creating wonders.

For Berkeley Research Group, (BRG) the California based global consulting firm works with the world's leading companies in the key areas of disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and strategy & operations. BRG required an extremely fast track solution for their new office project in Dubai One Central and to assist them appointed Turner & Townsend (T&T) as Project and Cost Managers. T&T in turn selected Spencer as the Design and Fit Out contractor.

For our client Ruwenzori Invest, we wanted to ensure that we deliver on their request for a high-end, contemporary environment that blurs the lines between office design and modern hotel environments for their new office in DIFC.

For our Danish client's new office in DIFC, we wanted to create a scheme that was very contemporary, and yet carried a strong hint of Scandinavian design ethos.

NetApp is a major data storage and solutions company, driven by a desire to become Data Visionaries and change the way corporations think about their data. NetApp's offices in Dubai Internet City were in need of a facelift, so they turned to Spencer Interiors to do the job without disrupting staff or going crazy with the budget.

It takes a lot for a client to leave their existing premises, but when you have occupied the prime property for as many years as RSA (Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance) had been at their previous office, the move requires the clients to have utmost confidence and comfort with their choice of design and build partners.
