As the first in the country to manufacture advanced unmanned aircraft, EANAN designs, builds, and operates heavy cargo and vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) systems. The company leads end-to-end development, testing, and production of these next-generation aircraft. LIFTING OFF: A VISION WITH ALTITUDE

When Eanan approached us, they were not simply looking to build an office. They were building the future of flight. As a rising innovator in the unmanned aerial systems space, their work demanded a facility that would reflect the same level of precision and bold thinking that defines their aircraft. Their vision was ambitious. They needed a headquarters that was not only functional but also forward-looking, with a design that could match the pace of their engineering breakthroughs.

Time was of the essence. They needed immediate access to begin manufacturing, even while the full design was still evolving. This called for a phased execution that combined creativity with careful coordination and commercial urgency.


GROUND CONTROL: REIMAGINING THE SPACE

The facility we inherited was minimal. It was a bare shell with only the most basic finishes. Our task was to completely refit both the ground floor and mezzanine, transforming the space into a high-performance environment from the ground up. We were to create a welcoming reception that set the tone, open and enclosed workspaces to support collaboration and focus, and a fully operational manufacturing area where drones and advanced technologies could take shape.

It was a blank canvas, but one that needed to become operational almost immediately. Every detail, from partition walls to integrated systems, had to be addressed with both speed and style.


DESIGN IN MOTION: AESTHETIC WITH PURPOSE

The design intent from the beginning was futuristic. Eanan wanted something that did more than support their work. They wanted a visual expression of their brand, something that captured the precision, speed, and intelligence at the core of their identity. To bring this to life, we imagined a space where curved forms flowed like air over a wing, balanced by angular details that grounded the design in discipline.

Stainless steel played a central role. Its reflective qualities, cool tones, and engineered elegance made it the perfect choice. It appeared in wall treatments, sculptural panels, and architectural details, catching the light and echoing movement throughout the day. For the VIP areas, we looked to the world of premium travel. Inspired by business lounges found in top-tier airports, we introduced a sense of exclusivity through subtle textures, refined lines, and uninterrupted flow.


FAST-TRACKED BRILLIANCE: BUILDING WITH AGILITY

Working to an accelerated timeline meant that efficiency had to guide every step. To meet the client’s requirements without compromising the design vision, we sourced most materials locally. This ensured shorter lead times and greater control over quality. Furniture such as desks, cabinetry, and conference tables was custom-built in our joinery workshop, tailored to fit the space in both scale and character.

Lighting became one of the project's most distinctive features. Instead of relying on off-the-shelf solutions, we developed custom fixtures that acted as sculptural elements. These pieces helped define areas, added ambience, and enhanced the visual identity of the interiors. The installation of oversized stainless steel panels brought everything together. More than just surface treatments, they served as dramatic backdrops and spatial anchors, creating a cohesive thread that ran throughout the facility.

The final result is a headquarters that feels intentional, intelligent, and incredibly current. The design language is clean but never cold, assertive but not overwhelming. It offers clarity in its layout, harmony in its materials, and a quiet power in its restraint. This is more than just a workplace. It is a vessel for innovation, a place where ideas are nurtured, built, and launched into the world.

Eanan now operates within a space that reflects the very things they value most: excellence, precision, and progress. Every surface, corner, and corridor has been designed to support not just productivity, but pride.
