PREPARATION

The Spencer team was tasked with delivering a sophisticated, professional office that would ' future proof ' their Middle East regional operations based in Dubai. Working closely with T&T, the design and costs were completed quickly and efficiently to allow the project to advance into permitting and key early procurement phase. Close collaboration between T&T and Spencer through the design and approvals stage was critical to achieving the critical programme for BRG.


THE DESIGN

The design for BRG included activity based working open spaces and a front of house cafe for staff and client to either break or work. A dynamic work environment was created using state of the art technologies. Natural light was emphasized wherever possible, plus an overall brand awareness and a sense of employee engagement were critical elements to the final design.


THE RESULT

The project management experience and expertise from Turner & Townsend combined with complete inhouse delivery capability of Spencer enabled the team to deliver this from shell and core project, in just under 10 weeks. Experience, detailed planning, logistics knowledge and colose co-ordination between the client BRG, Turner & Townsend and Spencer resulted in a great example of successful commercial office design and fit out delivery.
