AAMRO is a family-owned Logistics business entity rooted in Dubai. With more than 200 forward stocking Locations all over the world and IOR & EOR services, they cater to the requirements of multinational organizations across Information Technology, Tele Communications, Medical Equipment, and Aero Space Industries. Having their branch offices in all the major cities of the Middle East and India, their Corporate office and distribution facility is based out of Dubai. They wanted a vibrant & modern office that boosts employee happiness & Productivity.

PREPATATION

Team Spenceri was approached by AAMRO for designing & fitting-out a 11,000 square feet new workspace for them. They had a vision of an open and modern office space that is vibrant. As the construction of the main structure of the building was still underway, Spenceri team had to carry out the interior work alongside the construction work. So, we had to ensure a better understanding and seamless coordination with various other contractors involved with the construction for a smooth & uninterrupted workflow.

CONCEPT

The concept of the project was inspired by the thought of employee happiness and productivity. The idea was to have a workspace vibrant & lively enough to draw people to it & encourage employee interaction, through the usage of modern design & bold colours by allowing plenty of daylight to flooding in.

DESIGN

The client ought to have an open and modern office space, with abundant natural light and a blend of greenery & nature. We tried to accomplish their vision by creating an open collaboration space for employee town hall meetings and functional kitchen space, to encourage employee interaction. A diverse range of materials like carpets, veneers &natural green moss walls were used to add warmth to the workspace. Usage of motorized curtains instead of normal window blinds provided richness & comfort to the space.

The key feature of this project was the CEO ROOM. It was envisioned to be a versatile & multi-functional space, from being able to accommodate formal & informal meetings to being a private & modern executive space. The room was equipped with a large television screen, ceiling audio speaker systems & motorized curtains for the glass façade all around the room periphery, making it the ultra-modern executive space

THE RESULT

Our efforts in providing them with creative & valuable inputs, in meeting their ideas & needs within the agreed timeline & budget and executing the requirements professionally were highly appreciated by the client. The outcome of the project was great and made us feel proud as the client complimented that they are happy to be working in a place that they truly enjoy.
